Carefully pack your items in their original boxes, ensuring all tags, seals, and protective wrappings are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to the Forge
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our master smiths verify the condition of the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
